NOTICE

On March 27, 2009, Health Canada issued a notice to all persons interested in importing, advertising or selling electronic cigarette products in Canada stating that these products must be registered under the Food and Drugs Act before they are accepted by the Health Authorities. NJOY has representation in Canada that is actively involved and working with Health Canada to seek the necessary approval needed to import, advertise and sell products into Canada. Until such time that this process is completed and NJOY has been approved by Health Canada, NJOY will not import products into Canada and apologizes to customers for this inconvenience. This notice does not affect the advertising or selling of NJOY in other countries. Please contact NJOY for further details.
